- RLC is the real estate investment arm of JG Summit mostly focused on earning rental income from malls, offices, and hotels
- RLC is included in PSEi (main index) as of March 2015

Aside from its strong fundamentals, RLC stock price when we have started here was way cheaper than its fair market value.
We love RLC’s ability to generate recurring income and while the company wears obvious potentials, we knew it could give us earnings in just short span of time and we were right.
We started investing RLC last December when Dailypik was launched.
Even if we sold our RLC stocks when they reached our Target Price of 29.30, I’m sure we’ll be happy investing with it again in the future when great opportunities happen.

Hi. PCOR is not among our picks right now but if you have it and you can still hold on, I suggest hold your shares and wait for PSEi to reach 8000ish again as stocks would settle up again

1. Regarding above article, ano po yung Daily picks na sinasabi nyo sa “we’re happy with our profit in just few months. We can use the money again investing other stocks from our daily picks” meaning meron po kayong daily picks aside the Big 5 and FAntastic 5?
2. Now that the TP for RLC is reached, ano po yung kapalit nya na stock sa Fantasic 5?
