Security Bank SECB Stocks Amazing 17% Profit in 4 months

Another fast way we got over 17.16% in profit in 4 months investing in the stock market using SECB (Security Bank) stocks. Here’s how we did it…

Security Bank had impressed us with their UITF products leading as Number 1 last year surpassing the other Trust experts like BDO, Metrobank and PNB.

In addition, SECB has reported a whopping 7.2 billion net income giving them 43% net revenue increase which resulted to a 16.3% Return on Equity. Since then, SECB got our attention because their management team was doing really great.

Of course somehow we wanted to be part of that 16.3% increase on ROE so we included SECB among the stocks that we invest and flip with.

SECB stock price was undervalued so we couldn’t miss buying their shares.

Their team has made 16.3% ROE last year, it’s very possible they will repeat that again this year or do better.

Whichever will be the result, we’re sure it’s INCOME.

And we were right. Just last December, SECB was among the Undervalued Stocks listed in our page until March 2015.

As we update the stock prices every day, we noticed SECB was the first or second stock that moves up the most.

SECB stock price likes dancing and climbing up the chart every other day.

  1. I am not sure if this helps, but what I did, to work outside of my comfort zone, which could help me, or kill me, was to start visiting links on the BDO UITF page, to see what would happen…I know I am long winded, so maybe Miss Fehl, can fill in what I state wrong, or not cover well her…As I visit links, I first was on, of course, the BDO banking, or website, then the investment and trust link, then at the bottom of that page, went on the LINK ( Unit Investment Trust Funds – Net Asset Values per Unit (UITF NAVPus) to check on my BDO UITF investments, and when I was done, I saw at the top left, the HOME link…Naturally…When I went to this link, yahoo, I found a whole new world of financial fun and knowledge…I thought I was going to the BDO Banking home page, but nope, wrong, it was the home page of the world of UITF’s, participating banks, which looked complete, to me, for the Philippines…I lost my mind…I was like a kid in a candy store and here is why..Not only do I now have access to all of the participating banks in the UITF world of investment, which is easy and fun for me, a beginner in this, but also many valuable information updates, and a couple of tools, (Top Right) such as the UITF Calculator, which on the BDO page, is incomplete, and often not updated on time, and The Daily NAVpu Values, which BDO has for their funds, but this link is for all of the participating banks, in the Philippine Republic, you just click which bank and which fund…In the middle of this wonderful candy is the blue link box, called THE TOP 5 BEST PERFORMING FUNDS…There you will often find Security Bank, in those rankings, along with my next move, China Bank… There are many China, Banks, but I prefer, for no good reason, other than the fact they have a branch in the Dasmarinas City, SM mall, where our BDO branch is locate, but hey, it ranks in this top 5 often, so why not diversify within banks also? SB is more into town, but that is fine, SB is also in the top 5 rankings…Without me making claims, which could push you wrong, just sit down and read and learn…I printed out all of the top 5 performing banks and the corresponding UITF portfolios…I did not see BDO listed enough there for me, so I will be moving some of my assets, from BDO to China Bank Corporation, and someday soon, send some to Security Bank if it was closer and easy for my wife to walk to, on a hot sell or buy day; however, SB is not out of question for something long term, such as an Equity Fund…( BDO and China Bank Corporation are preferred for both being close to home, at the SM Mall, and they are very fine banks to invest in UITF’s) Please, even if you are not in the mood for UITF’s, or not in the mood to stray out of your comfort zone, and I know how you feel, just go to your banks webpage, then to Investments and Trusts, then to the Daily NAVpu Values, and maneuver your way to the HOME page of all of the UTIF, participating banks, and wounder around, clicking…Some banks have terrible websites, cheap, so pass them up, or be patient…Or, if you have a bank in mind, drop to the bottom of the page, and click on your choice, Bank…I hope this long drawn out nose bleed will help anyone who wishes to see who is performing, performing where, performing in what, such as BPI, SB, and China Bank, with BDO close behind, seeming to be the best…God Bless!

      • OMG!!! Well, I will love to see the look on my wife’s face when I tell her. LOL I am still in shock, but I still have a blast clicking HOME and seeing all of the other UTIF’s, from other banks…I not want to confuse anyone more by suggestion this but it is a good way to comparative shopping and as yo said, China Bank is part of BDO, but UTIF’s seem to do better at China Bank…Knowing this, maybe for now until I get better at this, I will stay at BDO. They are good to us…I am smiling so big here you made this so much fun for me
